At 7 For All Mankind, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer free returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Start Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email or the confirmation page.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
