We provide a comprehensive size guide on every product page. Our denim ranges from the iconic 'Standard' straight leg to our 'b(air)' lightweight collection. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing down in our stretch fabrics as they are designed to mold to your body.
What is your return policy for online orders?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that items marked as 'Final Sale' cannot be returned or exchanged.
How should I care for my premium denim to ensure longevity?
To preserve the color and elasticity of your jeans, we recommend washing them inside out in cold water with a mild detergent. Avoid using a dryer; instead, hang or lay them flat to dry to prevent shrinkage and fiber breakdown.
Do you offer complimentary hemming or alterations?
Complimentary hemming is available at many of our full-price retail boutique locations for items purchased at full price. Please bring your receipt and the original tags to your local store for assistance.
When will my order ship and how can I track it?
Standard orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your delivery progress.
